I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. They deserve NO stars. Purchased a MacBook Air laptop on the 29th Feb and still have not received anything. I received an adapter and hello fresh voucher instead after paying $1,460.00+. Unable to get ahold of Dick Smith or any customer service employees. Disappointing. Will NEVER buy from them again. I don’t know how to get my money back.
