The gadget I've ordered took 3 weeks to arrive (R36S Retro Handheld Video Game Console). When it arrived, it wouldn't work beyond turning on and returning an error message. The customer service took ages to reply by email and it took me multiple attempts to reach them. When they replied, they requested I post the item back at my cost to their third party seller (in China!!) for them to assess it and process a refund. It has been 2 months so far dealing with the customer service and no refund in sight.
