I ordered a bed less than a year ago, still under warranty. the base snapped in the corner whole bed broke. Dick Smith said the bed breaking was an 'accident' and would therefore not offer a refund or repair, haven't replied to any more of my messages despite clear proof of the bar breaking. Off to disputes tribunal as they clearly don't care about taking care of their customers or honoring warranties.
