I ordered a 'Laser power meter after doing an online search for one. The UNI-T 385 seemed to meet the need from the blurb on the Dick Smith website, so I ordered one but quickly learned that it was much too small to measure output on my 100w CO2 laser. Within 2 hours of placing the order I reached out to Dick Smith's customer helpline to cancel the order as the devic is not fit for purpose for me. The following afternoon I recieved notification that the item was being packed so I contacted them again only to be told the next afternoon that the item will arrive tomorrow and that since this is a ' Change of mind' return (Actually it is a 'Not fit for purpose' return IMHO) and that I will be hit with restocking fees and return shipping costs! This smells like a bad FACEBOOK sale and I avoid those like the plague. Who would have thought Dick Smith would ever be classed in such poor company. Another vendor to avoid at all costs!
