Bought an item that was misrepresented. Seller refused to help, and the platform denied my refund by demanding “proof of delivery” even though they never provided a return label or tracking number. Totally unacceptable and a breach of consumer law. Zero accountability, zero protection for buyers. Shop elsewhere
