Changed car, and quote we were given was THREE times more expensive than going with the manufacturer's own policy, which has guaranteed same policy price for next three years, as well as guaranteed use of OEM parts and facilities in case of need for repair. Direct Line didn't get close, relying on the automatic renewal system to hope that customers stay 'loyal'. Shocking set up.
