Horrible experience, I ordered a Mercedes balancer shaft kit part # 2720300613
Kit had 4 items missing, after several days of runaround they gave me, I had to order a new kit from the dealership.
Literally, there is no customer service even though you get to talk to someone it does not mean anything to address your issue.
