ordered and paid for oil to be delivered on 5 january. still waiting on 18th jan. cannot get hold of company easily. spoke to foreign lady 'na-na' last week who was checking out and no response.
i have e mailed continually asking for refund. no response. will be contacting my credit card company for a refund now.
