Extremely Disappointed, would give negative Stars if I Could!
I ordered a birthday bouquet for my best friend in the UK, and the experience was just awful. The flowers arrived late, and to make matters worse, they were wilted and far from fresh. This was such a disappointment, especially considering how expensive the service is. I understand they use local florists, but that’s no excuse—there should be quality control. For the price, I expected so much better.
