Absolutely disgraceful company! Customer service is non existent and the little contact I have encountered with them has been helpful. I have emailed them several times asking for the order I bought for my young grandson and have been told it’s lost at a couriers & they can’t help any further. I’ve asked for my money to be refunded and they are now just ignoring my contact. I cannot stress how dissatisfied I am with the company and now have to pursue a refund with my bank. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT SUPPLY the goods!! Beware
