Wish I could also give them 0 stars! Ordered a tumbler glass with both standard writing and custom text. Ran the glass under water and all print came off. Spent 30 minutes on chat with customer service and all they agreed to do was give me refund for shipping charges. It was a defective item. Never have I encountered with such illogical and poor customer service!
