My girlfriend order me a jersey from fanatics for Christmas, received it and opened it to realise that the jersey number was peeling. I got in contact with fanatics who said they wouldn’t send me a new one as a replacement, but they would refund if I sent mine back and I had to order again through the website. This meant that the discounted price we originally paid was gone (40% off), we had to order at full price (they did offer 25% discount code after I pushed for it) if we wanted a new one for an issue of their quality, other companies would just have us send the other back and send a new one, this was not the case so I ended up paying more.
I now have the new one I paid more money for and after its first wash at the exact recommendation on the garment of 30 degrees inside out, the name on the back of the jersey has faded and colour smudged. As this was after the 45days since I ordered they have nothing to offer in terms of a replacement or full refund if I send it back.
I’m just left so shocked by this quality and practice and will never pay for anything from fanatics again. Shame on the NFL and Fanatics for letting this be how they do business.”

First allow me to qualify this review by saying I have made numerous purchases from Fanatics and this review is based on my total experience. Shipping is slow and not accurately communicated to the purchaser. It will show shipped days before the shipping company takes possession of the package.
Approximately 25% of my orders have had issues including wrong item shipped, ordered mens shirt received womens bracelet for a totally different team,item out of stock, item displayed on site is not the item being sold, item is delayed and then delayed and then delayed. Initial contact with Customer Services is generally horrible at best. I have had to file complaints with the BBB to get results. Be persistent and push to the next level this will usually get a better response. I am currently waiting for a order to ship. I was told March 5 and then March 14 item has yet to ship.
Look not just on this site but others and you will see horrible reviews. More alarming Fanatics doesn't seem to be making efforts to correct the problem.”

“Fanatics has ruined 2 special occasions for us! Forget getting to speak with customer service. It’s AI. My 1st order said it was shipped but was never delivered to a shipping company. When I called there was a lame excuse, offer to reship, and a 50% off coupon. But, they couldn’t reship because they were out of the sizes I needed! Fast forward to me getting over that situation and using my coupon on something else. I ordered a Men’s Ole Miss Rebels Colosseum Tortugas Team Logo Quarter-Zip Jacket and ended up getting a women’s medium Ole Miss Rebels vest. When I attempted to call but had to chat with AI instead, guess what they are out of that size, and a 30% off coupon was offered. Keep your coupon, because I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FANATICS AGAIN, and I suggest that no one else does.”

“We paid $160 for a jersey and it came with the wrong number on it. They have no customer service. It's like dealing with a government agency. I tried the online chat. That was a joke. I emailed twice but never heard back. They desperately need a competitor! Anytime there's not competition the customer service SUCKS! $160 wasted (was our sons big Christmas gift). Spent 30 minutes on chat with customer service and all they agreed to do was give me refund for shipping charges. It was a defective item. I ordered something that was advertised to arrive by Christmas. Now it won’t even arrive until January. They explained that the shipment will actually come from a third-party. This was never disclosed though they promptly took my money. When I contacted support, they said they “hope it ships on December 23“ but weren’t sure. …they clearly have no control and no concern for their customers. When I reached out to them, they offered literally no support. I highly encourage you to never order from them.”

Over the past 6 to 8 months now have been receiving horrible customer service, shipping delays, defective items, and wrong items being sent to me. When trying to resolve these issues I have been receiving nothing but the runaround with this company. I return items as requested to receive my refund and it took me over 3 months of back and forth emails to finally receive my refund. When requesting items to be reshipped to me when sent wrong items or items that were damaged this also took upwards of several months to receive items to be reshipped after back and forth emails to the company. When you are spending hundreds of dollars on a single item this should not be the type of service you are getting from a company. Absolutely horrible!!! Definitely other companies out there that sell the exact same items and will treat you way better.”
