is a horrible company. Don’t order from them!!! Their website advertises “Order Now to Receive before XMas.” I clicked the link and bought one of their extremely overpriced jerseys only because it was the only company who could deliver by Christmas. I receive a “order processing” email the same day that reads my order will be delivered on January 6th!?! Since you can’t reach customer service by phone, I spent nearly an hour trying to go through their cs “chat” who advised that my order would be “shipped” by Christmas. They offered to refund 10%. They then ended the chat. I’m furious! Their website is still advertising to “order now for X-Mas Delivery! They are crooks.”
“I will never use this company again. No customer service. I tried to cancel an order and they said it was too late, yet it hasn't been shipped yet and it hasn't been 12 hours. I would not have bought thru them if I knew the product would come after Christmas. The estimated arrival date was much different than the date after the order. I dont like dishonesty.”
“Ordered a jersey back in September for a Brithday present for late November, but still haven't received it the shipping date keeps getting movers, and has changed 4 time. The jersey still might not make it to use as a Christmas present. I would never ever order from this company ever again. They are garbage. The first shipping date was for mid November and now it new shipping date is December 12th to 14th wtf!!!”

“Since I bought two shirts as XMAS 2025 presents I can't yet attest to product quality although shipping seemed to be fast (hence the 2 stars). HOWEVER, They. Will. Not. Stop. Sending. eMails - despite my attempts to unsubscribe at least 20x because I get at least 4 emails/day from this company. Altho' I've now blocked them and their emails go to spam, I still have to delete all of their junk. It feels like harassment. In less than 24 hrs, I just received FIVE (5!!!) more emails from them. I will never purchase from them again.”
“Very disappointed I have purchased coke to $500 and their AI just hung up in me. I ordered two FOFA ball at 65 a piece, which Dicks has them for 45 in a box, I received the balls in Plastic bag .. these are for gifts. I’m done not using them again!”

“First time i went to American Fanatics it was mid August. Melville diagnosed my Dodge Caliber free of charge. They are very friendly and professionalism is on another level.
Then on Monday the 7th September i took the car back to American Fanatics guess what within 3 hours my car was fixed. Now i enjoy driving my car without that noise

The chat representative said he refunded the $9.99 return fee but did not. The telephone agent did refund the $9.99 return fee but she did not refund the shipping fee, which was the source of the problem. Why should I pay the shipping charge when the package arrived damaged? I will NEVER order from Fanatics again.”

“If possible, I would give this company zero stars. My package was delivered to the wrong address the photo taken of the delivery was not a house let alone my house. When I called to report this, I was told I had to wait 3 business days to report the lost package. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!”
