I've ordered from Fanatics a couple of times. Each one a more awful experience than the last. My most recent purchase of a skort sealed the deal. This is the worst customer service I've ever had, ever. Buyers beware, especially if you should need to contact someone live. Good luck if you buy from them! Seriously.
