“I have been ordering from Fanatics for several years. Over the past 6 to 8 months now have been receiving horrible customer service, shipping delays, defective items, and wrong items being sent to me. When trying to resolve these issues I have been receiving nothing but the runaround with this company. I return items as requested to receive my refund and it took me over 3 months of back and forth emails to finally receive my refund. When requesting items to be reshipped to me when sent wrong items or items that were damaged this also took upwards of several months to receive items to be reshipped after back and forth emails to the company. When you are spending hundreds of dollars on a single item this should not be the type of service you are getting from a company. Absolutely horrible!!! Definitely other companies out there that sell the exact same items and will treat you way better.”

I ordered a custom baseball shirt for my nephew who was visiting from another country. The order was delayed (it said "Processing" for over ten days) so when I realized that it would not arrive on time, I asked them to cancel it and refund me because I would have to go out and acquire another gift for him. The rep said they could not cancel the order but that I could ask for a refund only after the "expected delivery" date. It arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date and I contacted them again. Then they said that because the order was customized, they could only offer me a 10% discount. I said I did not need the product anymore as it did not deliver by the promised date and my guest had already left the US. It was a futile and frustrating exchange so I resorted to disputing this with Paypal. This is a horrible company and the customer service is even worse. I do not recommend”

“I just bought an authentic Adidas Winnipeg Jets Kyle Conner jersey/sweater from fanatics for $280. They shipped it without wrapping the jersey and stuffed it into a little bag. So if, during shipping, it was ripped open, it would get ruined. The bag was so small it came all wrinkled. I bought the Adidas jersey over the fanatics for the better quality. I have bought fanatic clothing before and was thin garbage. So instead of getting a nicely wrapped and boxed fanatics jersey, if you order a $280 Adidas jersey, you get punished. I was going to get a Connor Hellebuyck jersey, too, but never again! Your loss fanatics! You trash!”
“I ordered a Josh Allen jersey and received a Steelers sweatshirt. All emails were sent back to me when I attempted to contact them with the email they provided. So I disputed through PayPal. Fanatics forced me to pay the shipping costs to return the item I didn't order and is refusing to reimburse me for their egregious error.”

Turns out the item was returned to the warehouse, I was told the shipping address was wrong. However, my address was correct. Now, the item is out of stock. Fanatics won't locate my item and resend it. I needed to send this item from Canada to Ireland for Xmas. I ordered in plenty of time, but now that Fanatics messed up, I can't get this item at all. Fanatics.com suggest they provide “No hassle returns and refunds” yet that is exactly what they do. Make it impossible to get a refund despite meeting their terms of an unused product, with tags, original packaging and customer paying for return shipping.
Instead they send the same message in various emails stating you need to send measurements of the product and if they are at fault (ie it doesn’t match their measurement chart) they’ll refund you.
Stay away from this shady company!”
