“Garbage customer service. Ordered a hat on June 22, they claim it was delivered on June 28. The problem was it could not have been delivered because their ordering system cut off the street address - not the first time I’ve had this happen (once with paypal checkout and now with Apple Pay). I spoke with a customer service manager on June 28 and spent a half hour explaining the situation. She claimed she couldn’t do anything for 72 hours but would ship a replacement on July 2 and send confirmation. On July 3 I had heard nothing so I again contacted their customer service department who claimed it was delivered. I again explained how it could NOT have been delivered because their system cut off the street address. They said they would have to wait another 72 hours. Beyond ridiculous for a problem THEIR system created. They’ve lost my business.”

Be warned, two failed jerseys and now I’m just stuck with it within 5months of ownership.
My girlfriend order me a jersey from fanatics for Christmas, received it and opened it to realise that the jersey number was peeling. I got in contact with fanatics who said they wouldn’t send me a new one as a replacement, but they would refund if I sent mine back and I had to order again through the website. This meant that the discounted price we originally paid was gone (40% off), we had to order at full price (they did offer 25% discount code after I pushed for it) if we wanted a new one for an issue of their quality, other companies would just have us send the other back and send a new one, this was not the case so I ended up paying more.
I now have the new one I paid more money for and after its first wash at the exact recommendation on the garment of 30 degrees inside out, the name on the back of the jersey has faded and colour smudged. As this was after the 45days since I ordered they have nothing to offer in terms of a replacement or full refund if I send it back.
I’m just left so shocked by this quality and practice and will never pay for anything from fanatics again. Shame on the NFL and Fanatics for letting this be how they do business.”

“Here's what you should know about Fanatics.
First allow me to qualify this review by saying I have made numerous purchases from Fanatics and this review is based on my total experience. Shipping is slow and not accurately communicated to the purchaser. It will show shipped days before the shipping company takes possession of the package.
Approximately 25% of my orders have had issues including wrong item shipped, ordered mens shirt received womens bracelet for a totally different team,item out of stock, item displayed on site is not the item being sold, item is delayed and then delayed and then delayed. Initial contact with Customer Services is generally horrible at best. I have had to file complaints with the BBB to get results. Be persistent and push to the next level this will usually get a better response. I am currently waiting for a order to ship. I was told March 5 and then March 14 item has yet to ship.
Look not just on this site but others and you will see horrible reviews. More alarming Fanatics doesn't seem to be making efforts to correct the problem.”
