is a horrible company. Don’t order from them!!! Their website advertises “Order Now to Receive before XMas.” I clicked the link and bought one of their extremely overpriced jerseys only because it was the only company who could deliver by Christmas. I receive a “order processing” email the same day that reads my order will be delivered on January 6th!?! Since you can’t reach customer service by phone, I spent nearly an hour trying to go through their cs “chat” who advised that my order would be “shipped” by Christmas. They offered to refund 10%. They then ended the chat. I’m furious! Their website is still advertising to “order now for X-Mas Delivery! They are crooks.”
“I will never use this company again. No customer service. I tried to cancel an order and they said it was too late, yet it hasn't been shipped yet and it hasn't been 12 hours. I would not have bought thru them if I knew the product would come after Christmas. The estimated arrival date was much different than the date after the order. I dont like dishonesty.”

The chat representative said he refunded the $9.99 return fee but did not. The telephone agent did refund the $9.99 return fee but she did not refund the shipping fee, which was the source of the problem. Why should I pay the shipping charge when the package arrived damaged? I will NEVER order from Fanatics again.”

“If possible, I would give this company zero stars. My package was delivered to the wrong address the photo taken of the delivery was not a house let alone my house. When I called to report this, I was told I had to wait 3 business days to report the lost package. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!”
“I've ordered from Fanatics a couple of times. Each one a more awful experience than the last. My most recent purchase of a skort sealed the deal. This is the worst customer service I've ever had, ever. Buyers beware, especially if you should need to contact someone live. Good luck if you buy from them! Seriously.”
“Garbage customer service. Ordered a hat on June 22, they claim it was delivered on June 28. The problem was it could not have been delivered because their ordering system cut off the street address - not the first time I’ve had this happen (once with paypal checkout and now with Apple Pay). I spoke with a customer service manager on June 28 and spent a half hour explaining the situation. She claimed she couldn’t do anything for 72 hours but would ship a replacement on July 2 and send confirmation. On July 3 I had heard nothing so I again contacted their customer service department who claimed it was delivered. I again explained how it could NOT have been delivered because their system cut off the street address. They said they would have to wait another 72 hours. Beyond ridiculous for a problem THEIR system created. They’ve lost my business.”
