My package arrived ripped open and looking like it had been run over by a truck. I used both the chat feature and telephone to try to get a 100% refund. The chat representative said he refunded the $9.99 return fee but did not. The telephone agent did refund the $9.99 return fee but she did not refund the shipping fee, which was the source of the problem. Why should I pay the shipping charge when the package arrived damaged? I will NEVER order from Fanatics again.
