Worst customer experience ever. Ordered a Seahawks Throughback Jersey on Nov 1st with a Nov 24 estimated delivery date. Received an email on 11/21 notifying me that my jersey shipped. Fanatics never sent the jersey to the shipper and as it is a limited / special item, they won't /can't replace it.
Offered me a 30% discount coupon for a future order. Why would I order anything when they could not deliver on my original order.
