The material looks extremely cheap. Customer service doesn't respond and the fan cash feels like a scam. When I placed another to use the fan cash the message said it would be applied at the end of my order, which it was not. I tried reaching out to Customer service but have gotten nothing. I won't be from a company that is not trustworthy.
