I wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase. I ordered a customized Whitecaps FC jersey for my nephew on Oct 6. On November 9, I call to see where my order is. Turns out the item was returned to the warehouse, I was told the shipping address was wrong. However, my address was correct. Now, the item is out of stock. Fanatics won't locate my item and resend it. I needed to send this item from Canada to Ireland for Xmas. I ordered in plenty of time, but now that Fanatics messed up, I can't get this item at all. I am really disappointed with the customer service I have received and will not purchase with Fanatics in future.
