I ordered a Josh Allen jersey and received a Steelers sweatshirt. All emails were sent back to me when I attempted to contact them with the email they provided. So I disputed through PayPal. Fanatics forced me to pay the shipping costs to return the item I didn't order and is refusing to reimburse me for their egregious error.
