I should have read the reviews before buying from this site!! I ordered a custom baseball shirt for my nephew who was visiting from another country. The order was delayed (it said "Processing" for over ten days) so when I realized that it would not arrive on time, I asked them to cancel it and refund me because I would have to go out and acquire another gift for him. The rep said they could not cancel the order but that I could ask for a refund only after the "expected delivery" date. It arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date and I contacted them again. Then they said that because the order was customized, they could only offer me a 10% discount. I said I did not need the product anymore as it did not deliver by the promised date and my guest had already left the US. It was a futile and frustrating exchange so I resorted to disputing this with Paypal. This is a horrible company and the customer service is even worse. I do not recommend
