Wish I could’ve given them zero stars…
I ordered something that was advertised to arrive by Christmas. Now it won’t even arrive until January. They explained that the shipment will actually come from a third-party. This was never disclosed though they promptly took my money. When I contacted support, they said they “hope it ships on December 23“ but weren’t sure. …they clearly have no control and no concern for their customers. When I reached out to them, they offered literally no support. I highly encourage you to never order from them.
