After waiting 20+ minutes for the bus, we received an unclear notification that our bus was canceled— leaving a group of people stranded. No reason was given for this cancellation.
Following this, I’ve received emails every few minutes from the company announcing canceled seats for spots and rides I have nothing to do with.
I should have listened to all of the other negative reviews.
