Bad experience!!!!
I booked a ticket for the route, MIAMI- Fort Lauderdale. the bus was delayed 116 minutes and in order not to miss the plane I had to book an Uber ($40). after making a complaint on the Flixbus website I was told that I could not receive any refund, neither the bus ticket nor the Uber ticket, This will be my last booking with FLIXBUS!
