No Stars this is a Scam
I booked my daughter's ticket in November going from Ottawa to Toronto for the Christmas holidays. When she arrived at the bus the bus driver scanned her ticket and wouldn't let her on the bus saying her bus was rescheduled to 1pm instead of the 5:30pm bus. There was no notice or email of this. She showed him her ticket confirmation and he still wouldn't let her on. She will miss our family Christmas and be by herself over the holidays.
