I would like to share my recent experience with the disappointing bus service. Worst bus staff; they asked me to come early, and if you ask for a refund, they will deny it.
The journey was uncomfortable due to various issues that arose during the trip. Furthermore, the staff's behavior towards passengers was unprofessional and discourteous. This combination of poor service and rude staff created a very unpleasant travel experience. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the service for future passengers
