Our FlixBus trip was delayed initially by *five* hours, and we were only informed on very short notice. Then it got delayed by another hour and fifteen minutes without any warning at all. The journey itself was okay, but when we got to the border control area between France and London, we had a really bad experience. The bus didn’t even count the passengers properly and left us behind, so we had to talk to the staff on site to help get the bus to come back and pick us up. Overall, our experience was really not good at all. Even when we tried to reach out to the company to get some kind of compensation, we didn’t get any response, and they refused to offer any compensation.
