Like many others I've been disappointed that delivery which is offered for next day didn't arrive for a week, my son didn't get his card and gift for his birthday. Royal mail may be to blame but the disclaimer saying it could be 5-7 days only shows up after you've ordered and paid. I wouldn't have ordered had that reminder been up front. I won't be using again.
