I ordered Valentines day flowers for my other half, the bouquet came on time thankfully but they look nothing like the picture advertised.. The flowers came without white roses.
The customer service team was responsive when i emailed on the 12.02.21, replying to me the next day on 13.02.21 to confirm the delivery date..
I have since emailed them on valentines day to inform my order wasn't correct but still haven't received a response. They aren't taken calls either. I feel as though I have been miss-sold.
Its an absolute joke!!
