It's so obvious why they get bad reviews. Ordered personalised card and it said delivery on 27th February but nothing received. Yet I ordered from Moonpig for someone else and they got the card the next day. I will never use these "funky" people again! That's how they make their money by stealing other people's and pretending they've despatched when they've done nothing of the kind. Con artists and thieves. Unfortunately we didn't look deep into the meaning of their name. Pigeons steal food!
