internal error hence best friends card not sent out. They offered a lacklustre apology and a refund. When I suggested sending an apology for a card to the recipient ordered 8 days ago that still hasn't been received, they offered a refund, again. Funky pigeon/Moonpig are as bad as one another these days. Use amazon, at least the cards arrive on time.
