Ordered a Mother’s Day card on the 6th March - estimated delivery 9th . finally arrived on the 10th. Customer service won’t refund as the reckon it’s within their system delivery times. They even admitted there was a delay at their production facility and the “order was despatched on the 10th” contradicting their website which said it was sent on the 8th. Absolute shambles.
