Paid for Fast Track delivery. Royal Mail tracking useless. I was clearly led to believe the card would get there next day if I paid extra.
4 days including a Sunday later it arrived again Royal Mail tracking useless. Just needed them to tell me it wouldn’t get there rather than false expectation.
The customer happiness team and we care email address not quite hitting the spot with a very dismissive 1-3 working days whether you paid Fast Track or not.
Lesson learned as far as Funky Pigeon are concerned.
