I ordered 2 ecards for Christmas but neither reached the recipient. When I queried this, I had to go through the most laborious process, I was asked questions of which email address I used, would have thought they have this info, then told they could not find the orders, we'll I had an order confirmation..so. ecards are supposed to be convenient but waste of time, still waiting for a refund. Don't touch funky pigeon with bargepole
