Personalised a Christmas card for my partner before Christmas it said it would be here on the 24th still hasn't arrived I've emailed at least 3 times got an email that it was damaged and would I like a refund I replied that I would like a replacement card it was special and I still wanted it all I got was an email of how they could help still haven't received it so I just gave up and didn't get my money back either very disappointed and won't be ordering from this website again.
