Absolutely disgusted at the company policy when a giant card ordered in good time was to be delivered on a certain day disappeared from tracking. They never chased it up or offered compensation. It was supremely important and all I got was sorry do you want a refund.
No, I wanted it delivered gratis with a small gift to recipient and a proper apology. I guess they are so big ruining a moment that cannot be recaptured and losing a small but regular customer means nothing.
Beware, they use Hermes in UK. Avoid them if possible for anything important or costly.
