Ecard ordered yesterday for valentines day.
Recipient never received ot.
I emailed three times no response providing the logged reference number.
Called customer service , said that was a different part of the business and just had to wait for them to reply.
Such a shame, my friend is in another country, 4 hours ahead of the UK.
Would never trust Funky Pigeon again.
Are these really owned by WHSmith???
I now await a reply and a refund !
