Omg wished I read reviews first. Normally shop with Moonpig, never had an issue then tried this company for a change. Totally embarrassing my brother never received a 50th birthday card from me.. paid for special next day delivery and they can't achieve. However after I emailed they asked ME if I want a refund? Why not just refund anyway for poor service. Will NEVER use again 😒
