I would rate a 0 if I could, I ordered a card for my partners birthday it said it would turn up before her birthday on the 16th of October I’m still waiting for my order. It’s now the 21st and I’ve still not received my cards, I emailed them asking for a refund as there is not point them sending a replacement and they said “as a good will gesture they’ll send me a replacement” a replacement for 2 cards is paid for is not a good will gesture! They still refuse to give me a refund I will not be using this crappy company again i insist you go elsewhere!
