Recently ordered a birthday card for my father and a week later nothing! I've emailed useless chicken (funky pigeon) over and over again (only because they have NO contact telephone number) and have received no correspondence about the failed delivery whatsoever! I'm absolutely appalled with this company's lack of customer service and care about how they run a business.
