First Christmas as husband and wife. Ordered several personalised cards for Christmas. Everyone got theirs apart from my husband. Took them some time to respond to my email chasing delivery. They blamed it on royal mail and refunded my money for the undelivered card. Rubbish customer service. No empathy. Responded to them explaining how disappointed I was with what had happened. Never bothered responding. Will not be ordering another card from this company!!!
