I ordered a cover for my new phone with a picture of my late wife on it. When I received it, it had several stupid emojis on it which I didn't want. I phone them to complain, and was told I had ordered it like that. No one in their right mind would order that style. I then discovered that it had cost me £19 to phone them for 5 minutes as they use a telephone number which makes them lots of money at our expense. Outrageous. They refused to refund or replace it.
Never again.
