Placed an order for a simple card to be delivered 3 days from now. to be sure it arrived, I paid for the special delivery ay £6 something and confirmed the date, took a screenshot of the order.
Next day, confirmation my card went out (2 days early). I phoned to ask them to stop if and send it out on the correct date - "sorry we cant do that, try asking royal mail"....
I asked ref refund of postage as I could have sent normal first class and got it there within 3 days... - denied. - wont be using them again and wont recommend them.
