I purchased 2 personalised birthday cards for my wife from myself and my children. Not only did they not arrive and missed her birthday, but when I phoned a miserable person who wasn't even apologetic said they would give a refund, but got no confirmation of this and now having to chase. What a dreadful company with dreadful staff who are supposed to help celebrate events, not the opposite!
