Having ordered a card in Oct 19 as a one off, I was rather surprised to find a recurring payment of £15 per month for their rewards scam in Jan 20, set up on my account. When I queried it, I was informed that it could have been a family member that signed me up. My circumstances are such that this was impossible.
This is undoubtedly a scam, as I’m not alone it would appear.
