Ordered Flowers and a card for mothers day, Flowers arrived in a right mess, 10 roses instead of 12 which were looking sorry for themselves and a stem with no rose head the rest went in the bin. Eventually got a refund for the flowers and then no card for mothers day to which I am still awaiting a reply to my email. Appalling service first and last time I will be using this company. Oh and the roses did not recover!
