Hi , I ordered 2 recent cards because I'm self isolating and can't go out . They were delivered no problem , however at the end of my 2nd order I had a message telling me I'd got some credit for a future order , so I happily accepted it before getting to the end where it was too late to un click . The emails I've had to send are non stop and the calls are automated which I understand because of lockdown but it seems like they pass customers from one place to another . I complained through resolver though and expected a result 🙄 yes . Eventually Mary replied to a Dawn Eaton to tell me the account is now closed . I'm NOT Dawn Eaton . Avoid this joke of a company because the funkypidgeon team will tell you that funkyrewards are a separate company . Liars .
