£15 taken monthly from my credit card for 4 months. Was unaware of signing up for anything when I made only one order. But wouldn't you expect to receive a, 'thank you for signing up to Funky Pigeon Rewards' and details of your membership number?? Obviously I didn't get any such Emails! I'll never use FP again and am reporting to Trading Standards. I've closed my account, so can't investigate. I've requested a screen shot and further details. I'm normally very careful about things like Amazon Prime etc and do not understand how FP got me as a 'member' at all!!
