Ordered a card for my 18 year old grandson, card came ,no problem, service was good, what I object to is £15 taken out of my account without my knowledge, obviously I ticked some box or other, without knowing. But now reading these reviews it turns out I'm not the only one. Cant get in contact phone no. Is not recognised. Just one big scam, I'll not buy from them again.
