Wanted to amend an address immediately after ordering but customer call centre shut bc of corona, fair enough, but the email I sent straight after wasn't answered for 48hrs and of course it was too late.
Customer service isn't fit for purpose and so they don't actually provide any service. Don't bother using them, it isn't worth the hassle if you need help.
